COVID-19: We stand with our communities. A message from Windfall Natural's CEO.
Dear Customer,
As a Natural Health and Wholefood brand we are fortunate that for the moment we can to continue to operate and help support our local communities.
Supplements and healthy foods can play a vital role in maintaining health and boosting immunity so we hope that you will continue to seek the guidance you need from our qualified in store nutritional therapists. I want to let you know how we at Windfall are currently operating to ensure the protection of our staff and you, our customers.
1. FOLLOWING ALL GOVERNMENT ADVICE
At-door service
We have set up an 'at door service' to ensure that that the 2 meter distancing rule is fully in place. This means that our staff will go and collect the item you require from the shelves inside the store and then ask you to pay at the new counter at the front door. All we ask is that if you are waiting to be served, you observe the 2 meter rule for your own safety.
Hygiene & Safety
We have a new more vigorous cleaning regime which our staff carry out on a daily basis. We have also provided the staff with surgical masks and gloves to wear at this time for their protection.
Phone & Collect
As from this week, you can ring the stores to place an order. The staff will prepare this for you to quickly come and pay and collect to avoid you having to stay out for longer than necessary.

2. PROTECTING PEOPLE'S LIVELIHOODS
As well as trying to keep everyone healthy and safe, we at Windfall also have a duty of care to protect our staff and suppliers' livelihoods at this time of economic uncertainty.
Our Head office staff have been working from home and as we are trading, we are able to continue to keep our staff fully employed and to support them if they have to self isolate.
Our Suppliers continue to deliver whenever they can, given the unprecedented demand we have experienced, so forgive us if we are out of stock of some of the lines we usually carry.
3. SUPPORTING OUR COMMUNITY
We are offering a 20% discount to all NHS staff and have advertised this online and instore to ensure they know we are thinking about them and the tremendous work they're doing under very difficult conditions. Please come in and see us if you work in the NHS, Social Care, or Emergency Services.
We recognise these are challenging times, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you feel you need support, want us to put together a wellness bundle for a vulnerable person or just want to talk.
