COVID-19: We are reopening on the first Week of June. A message from Windfall Natural's CEO.

Dear Customer,

After much planning, I am delighted to announce that we will be fully operational from the first week of June. Please feel free to come into the store to search for your all important immunity boosters.

We have missed  direct customer contact but we are so pleased to have managed to stay in touch through our newsletter and by having the odd chat as you've phoned the Chiswick store to place an order.

New Safety Measures

You can visit us in store and be confident in the knowledge that we are following all of the Government Health & Safety guidelines. Here are some of the measures at a glance:

We will:

• Limit the number of customers in store to allow for the 2m distancmg rule

• Instigate a one in, one out door policy

• Mark with floor stickers distances of 2m

• Remove all Testers and Samplers

• Install hand sanitizer units

• Install a protective acrylic shield at the cash desk

• Take payment by card only

• Sanitize and clean all touch points throughout the working day

We know that some of these measures might be a bit frustrating at times, but we also know that you will be patient with us as we begin to get to grips with how best to serve you in these strangest of times.

Please keep an eye on our up-dated store opening hours. We can't wait to welcome you back into the stores.
